Two Gallery Art Pieces Write-Up

There is a a lot of noise to this first image. The way that there is so much going on in the background adds to the amount of noise presented in the image. The black shape makes for a nice focal point, and the curving line coming out of the whole moves your eye down the picture. There are numerous shapes within the image, with the black object being the strongest one. Having this shape offset from the center makes the image more powerful. Since the object and images are more circular, the piece feels very open and connected.

In this second image, there is a lot less negative space that slowly transgresses to having more. There is not as much visual noise with there being less movement in the first two parts of the piece. There is a little more movement in the third panel with the dense solid heavy line between the two forms. Again there is that encompassing feel to it with the more circular forms.
